TOM LOW
Director
Tom established TLPC in 2009 underpinned by a decade of experience working on built environment projects for a range of large successful private and institutional companies.
The wealth of experience in project delivery has expanded extensively since starting TLPC and his desire to be entrenched in all types of projects continues to grow.
He enjoys the challenges that delivering projects presents on a daily basis, as well as working with all members of the broader teams TLPC assemble to yield their Clients the best results.
Outside work Tom spends time with his family (wife and 3 children under 8) plus an occasional game of golf or a surf to escape and rejuvenate.

CALLAN SIPTHORP
Director
Callan Joined TLPC in 2012 having previously worked in the built Environment in Construction, Development, and Client side roles.
Since joining TLPC, he has driven TLPC to be a genuine leader in the retail sector. He has experience in delivery for clients such as Woolworths, Coles, ALD, Big W, Kmart, and IKEA to name a few.
Whilst Retail is Callan’s sector of focus, he is also experienced in Commercial, Student Accommodation, Residential, High end Residential, and Rail.
Callan enjoys being part of a team, and seeing a project through from start to finish no mater the size or challenges that are presented.
Callan spends time with his family, friends, getting to the coast, and is sucker for anything sport related.

PEET VAN BUREN-SCHELE
Senior Development Manager
Peet has been actively working in construction management, project management and development management roles for over 21 years in multiple countries and companies, where he has delivered in excess of $1b worth of projects. While completing his Construction Management degree with distinction and receiving multiple industry awards, Peet already started working as site manager and client side project manager on large scale construction projects. He continued and expanded his client side project management experience for several years before moving into a development management role developing offices, apartments, light industrial and land infrastructure projects.
After moving to Australia in 2009, Peet managed two Defence projects as client side project manager for SKM (now Jacobs) before joining Woolworths Limited in their Corporate Property Division (Fabcot) as project manager. He completed 23 shopping centres during his 8 years with Woolworths, assisted with numerous acquisitions and approvals and received the Project Manager of the Year award three times. Peet then joined Vicinity Centres as development manager where he was involved in the planning and delivery of their shopping centre redevelopments, receiving an award for his role in jointly delivering the $110m Roselands Shopping Centre Redevelopment. Peet joined TLPC in 2020 as stakeholder in the business, adding additional strength and depth to the services TLPC can offer their existing and future clients. Over the years Peet has also been involved as external examiner and lecturing post graduate students at universities and presenting project management training in the workplace. TIM EVANS
Project Manager
Tim joined TLPC in 2020, having previously worked Client-Side Project Management and Retail Tenancy Coordination roles in both Australia and the UK for the past 13 years.
Tim has a proven skill-set to deliver in the Retail sector, enjoying previous retail experiences with ISPT, Stockland, Dexus, Retail First, and GPT to name a few. Whilst Tim has concentrated his efforts on Retail, he is also experiences in the Commercial Fit-Out and the Aviation industry, completing Oracle’s European Head Quarters in the UK, and contributing to Brisbane Airport Corporation’s concept to redevelop the International Terminal.
On the job, Tim enjoys getting into the detail and strives to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders, both essential ingredients for a successful project. MARCOS PIRES
Project Coordinator
Marcos Pires is an accomplished project manager with more than 10 years’ experience in a varied range of industries such retail, commercial and residential developments having graduated in Architecture with an MBA in Project Management and is now PMP certified.
In 18 years’ of professional experience in the construction and development industry, 10 of these years were in management and coordination roles in South America and Australia.
In early 2018 he was one of the project manager for the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games and since then, acted in the development and coordination of various retails projects around Australia. He was also the Volunteer’s Engagement Director of the Project Manager Institute, Queensland Chapter for the year 2019 term.
Marcos is proficient in all aspects of design and construction practice, is passionate project manager professional and highly skilled in stakeholders engagement. He asserts that communication is the key factor for the success of a project and he drives his work endeavours based on this fundamental premise.

WREN ZHOU
Project Coordinator
Wren has held roles in event and project management, both in house and client side. Wren joined TLPC in late July, 2020. Prior to this, Wren worked as Project Coordinator for the Event Hospitality and Entertainment group which included brands such as Event Cinemas, QT Hotels, Rydges Hotels, and Thredbo Resort. This role involved the delivery of new and refurbished hotels and cinemas with values between $3M-$21M, project feasibility, financial modelling and procurement across Australia and New Zealand. Wren holds a Bachelor of Business and has commenced further studies in Building and Construction Management.
Wren aspires to become a client side Project Manager, with particular interest in commercial and mixed use projects.
