WHO WE ARE
Here at TLPC we do not simply approach our involvement as a consultant, but as a partner. We will be there alongside you through your property development or project delivery journey, or any part thereof where you need us, to make it a success.
TLPC was founded in 2009 to do it better, make an impact, serve more clients, run more projects, broaden the reach, expand the network, build a CV, kick some goals and have some fun!
Since incorporation, we’ve done exactly that. We’ve worked on projects ranging from $400m CBD office tower developments to $100k mum and dad tenancy fit outs, and everything in between… CBD tower upgrades and conversions, regional shopping centre redevelopments and new builds, high rise apartments and boutique high end residences, child care centres, aquatic centres, industrial man caves, new build family homes and home renovations.
Our clients and locations are as diverse as our projects… from Tassie to Townsville we have looked after Charter Hall, RAM, Abacus, SCA, Coles, Woollies, Aldi, IGA, 7-Eleven, HJs, Guzman y Gomez, Zarraffa’s, Corbett & Claude, Comuna Cantina, Tetto Rooftop Bar… and like actors at the Oscars’ we apologise for not naming everyone, you know who you are!
Fast forward to 2020 and we’re currently under construction on a range of projects from a $300k five lot land subdivision to a $200m PCA A Grade Office Tower!
